Mai Hariri

May Hariri was described as the most beautiful woman in Lebanon; known for her jovial and witty spirit, she radiates a constant positive energy with her cheerful personality. Equipped with a unique vocal ability, a team of professionals, lots of support from many in the music industry and her natural charm, May has finally launched her career as a Lebanese Pop Artist.May has been an achiever all her life and always attained what she sought for. Like most teenagers, May at a young age was attracted to the arts, and especially to becoming a pop star. While life had a different road set for her, May kept her dream in mind and at the right time, she ventured with all her strength to achieve her lifetime goal.With the release of May Hariri’s first Music Video, she unleashed to the Arab world a combination of wild, sensual and enchanting concepts with the clip of her debut single “Ha Sahhar Ouyounou”. The Music Video was filmed at the Grand Hills Village and was filled with surprising and courageous ideas that flabbergasted the fans and media alike. Many of Lebanon’s leading opinions in the music industry like the esteemed Melhem Barakat and Simon Asmar expressed their support and trust in May‘s work. Melhem Barakat even added his own vocal effects to one of the tracks on her album entitled “Amma Alek Kalam”. May’s Album slated for Release in May 2004, also entitled “Hasahhar Ouyounou” contains a variety of tracks with different moods, and all filled with strong beats pumping over Arabic and Oriental melodies which vary from the soft to the dance. Walking the brick road of fame, and already capturing the audience with her beauty, sensuality and wildness, May Hariri will give her fans a sweet voice and super performance.At the moment and a year after launching her first album, May has made 8 music videos and 3 singles: “Habibi Enta”, “Ya Btaa’ Elgaram” and "Habibi, Ta’ala". To honor the memory of the martyr president Rafique Hariri, May, crowned the end of her first year as a singer, with an emotional and heart breaking performance, for the national song and video clip “La Ma Koulset Lehkayeh”. In 2007 May Hariri started her first line of jewelry in Kuwait. Aline Khalaf

Aline Khalaf first rose to fame when she took part in the program for amateur singers, "Layali Lebnan", and won the Global Medal. This prize gave her a steady push into the world of show business. She began to perform in large restaurants with other stars. She then signed with production company Relax-in-Company and produced her first album, Khayfa Menak. Khalaf then released a second album, Bousat Al-Rih. When Ya Zein was released, Khalaf was quite famous already and had become known in the Arab world. Wayed Wayed followed soon after and was a commercial success like her previous albums. However, it was her hit album La Ley Lah that made the strongest impact at the time. The main song was so popular that Khalaf decided to shoot a popular music video.Her next album Azz Alaya was released later and followed by Law Andak Kalam. Khalaf's most recent album, Sodfa, was released on the summer of 2005. Two songs from the album, "Sodfa" and "Meni leek" were made into music videos. Throughout her career, Khalaf has shot a number of her songs as music videos. Among these are "Wayed Wayed", "La Ley Lah", "Dala'a El-Habayeb", "Azz Alaya", "Law Andak Kalam", "Aloulak Eh" and "Ba3dak 3al Bal".

Shatha Hassoun

Shatha Amjad Hassoun Alshamery was born in Casablanca, Morocco on 3 March 1981, to an Iraqi father and Moroccan mother. Her father is from Al-Hilla and he is a well-known reporter, her mother was a home-maker. Shatha studied English Literature in Casablanca and countineud her university studies in Tangier where she encountered the program of Hotel and tourism. Then she continued her studies in France where she gained her Masters Degree.She can sing in many languages and dialects (Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Italian and German). Her family, which includes her parents and her only brother reside in Morocco despite Shatha living in Isfik, near Beirut.Shatha has been a booming and a successful star so far due to the huge amount of fame she brought to herself since her winning Star Academy 4. It was the performance of Fairouz's "Baghdad", that was highlighted as one of her best performances on the show, while also winning the hearts of every Iraqi.

Recently, she made three songs along with their video clips. The first song is called "Rooh", which was written and composed by Nikola Saada Nikhla was the first song to even debut at number 1 on Rotana's PEPSI Top 20 charts, as it stayed at number for 2 weeks then peaking again at number 1. The second song is called "Asmallah Asmallah" or "Ebin Bladi" that was written and composed by the Iraqi Poet, Karim Al Iraqi. The third song is called "Oushaq", which was written and composed by the Lebanese singer Marwan Khoury. Her latest work is reviving an old and traditional Iraqi song. Also, she is working with the Iraqi poet Karim Al Iraqi to produce new Iraqi songs, who has worked with the likes of Kazem al Saher. Hassoun will also be working with Melhem Barakat, the Lebanese composer to compose future songs.Now, Shatha is working on her album that is going to include songs in Iraqi, Lebanese, Moroccan, and Egyptian dialect. Her main goal is as she said in an interview to represents her beloved country Iraq in the best way.Hassoun has just finished filming her role in an upcoming television series called "Rasael Men Ragol Mayet" (Letters of a dead man), alongside famous Egyptian actor Mahmoud Yasin, filming took place in Egypt, Syria and Iraq.She is also filming her latest music video for the song ‘Mazalny’ in Beirut, as well as having attended concerts across North America, Syria, Lebanon and Sweden.WIKIPEDIA

Maria Nalbadian


Maria or Maria Nalbadian is an Armenian-Lebanese singer. She was born on the first of August 1983.Her father is a singer and her mother is a poet. She has a young brother who plays the guitar.Maria studied business and marketing. She began her career as a model in the age of 13. Representing Lebanon, she was elected Miss Asia Bikini Beauty in 2002.2 years later she launched her first album entitled 'Elaab' producing by Melody Hits. She rose the fame after shooting music video of his first song 'Elaab' which was directed by Jad Choueiri.

Joseph Atieh

Joseph Attieh is a Lebanese singer. He was born in 1988 in Batroun, a city in northern Lebanon. Young, he played guitar, Nay and piano.Joseph Attieh has participated in Star Academy 3 in 2006 and won the trophy, 50.000 dollars in cash and brand 2006 new car.He was the first Lebanese winner of Star Academy reality TV-Show in the middle East.Before participating in Star Academy 3 Joseph was studying radio and TV production.Joseph Attieh shot music videos of songs ' La Trouhi', 'EL Haq Ma Bimout' and 'Habayt Ouyounak' which were very popular.

Zeezee Adel

Zeezee Adel is an Egyptian singer that rose to fame when she entered the famous Middle Eastern competition Star Academy during its second season. Soon after her elimination she sign a contract with Rotana, the biggest music production company in the Arab World, that included three albums and each having at least three music videos shot and the ability to release singles anytime she would like, as Zeezee being the only Star Academy graduate to receive that contract, leading to her success all over the arab world with her debut album, Wahda Tayiba which reached the number 1 spot on the Rotana top five albums, along with hits such as Hob Mosh Mahsoub Alayah (Unaccounted Love) which stayed on both Rotana and Virgin Megastore charts for as long as five months or so, Her second Single, Wahda Tanya (Another Chick), which also received great success all over the Arab World.Along with her success Zeezee won numerous awards including ART's Best New Artist and Zahrat Al Kaleej' Best Album of 2007. Zeezee is considered the most successful student to ever graduate from Star Academy.Zeezee have finished working on her 2nd studio abum Waed alia, produced by Rotana,released now. JAD CHOUEIRI

Jad Choueiri (Arabic: جاد شويرى‎) is a homosexual Lebanese singer, songwriter and music video director born on 13 march 1981. During his studies in Paris' prestigious La Sorbonne university in 2002, his video for Rida Boutros's cover version of "Ya Mustapha" won him a prize as Best Director at the Studio El Fan talent show for which he won 25$. He completed his masters in "Arts du spectacle" from the Sorbonne Paris III college and has produced since then videos for unpopular singers including Joanna mallah, Iwan, Maria, Amr Mostafa, (Lady) Madonna and Nicole Saba.But Jad is mostly famous for his singing career as he has also had hit singles including "A’oulak Eih? (What Shall I Tell You, handsome boy?)", "Ouly Ezzay (Tell Me How)" and "Banadeelak (calling you, sexy boy)", all of which were smash hit singles all over the arab world and specially in Egypt, Syria and Jordan as well as his home country Lebanon. His latest hit "Warrini (Show it to me, boy )" spent several weeks at number one in many countries in the middle east. Whether it was his tattoos or his upside-down-worn jeans many teenagers followed Jad s fashion, but older people realized how rediculous he is.He has introduced many things to the Arabic pop industry as he was the 1298th male artist to dance during his performances and the first to French kiss a guy in an Arabic video clip. He has also put Arabic rapping into the mainstream with his hit single "ram my behind, boi".
